Orders
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking page with your order number and the email you ordered with. No account needed. The order number is in your confirmation email and starts with BZ.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped yet, email us with your order number and we will sort it out. Once it is with the courier it has to run its course, but you can return it.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days depending on where you are.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
Replacement
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it. Keep the item unused, in its original packaging.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship. Online payment options appear at checkout when enabled.
Is it safe to pay online?
Payments are handled by the gateway, not by us. We never see or store your card details.
